Trescothick retires

Can't say i'm suprised didn't think he would play for England again anyway.

couldnt see him playing for england again although it was a posibility, he is an amazin batsmen and at least i will still get to see him downn at taunton

I think he was good enough to play for England, but he didnt have it mentally. He'll just have to impress us on the county scene!

his average in both form's of the games was the best for an England opener in a long time. Also one of our best odi players of all time.

A brilliant one-day player, the best England had. Although I wasn't always his greatest fan, England will miss him.
