Why does it really matter if someone is cocky and arrogant, thats what you hav eto be to be the best international sports man, look at freddy he was a nice guy he ended up in thje pedalo incedent or look at grame smith youngest and most succesful southafrican captian he is cokcy and arragant, or ricky poniting lead his side to a record equalling 16 test match wins this just shows tat this is what you must do to do well though i suppose for team moral you need to have some nice guys but still you got to have some arrogant people

yes I agree maXXed, aggression is quiet different from Arrogance. I think players such as Freddie and Kevin are not Arrogant, but are ultra competitive and aggressive on the pitch.
