I had a Mettle 5 crown it was a very nice bat, pinged quite a bit, lovely pick up, i tihnk Hunts County are a VERY under rated company.

Yeah great value as well. I put my Edge CC harrow on a par with my Fusion Superbest harrow and it was half the price! That said the Fusion hasnt been completely played in yet.

Because I didnt know how good Fusions were. Pretty obvious lol, Im glad I have used Fusion though just to see how the custom bat process works. For my first mens bat Im going to go to Crewe though so I can get a bat absolutely perfect for my style of play.

I think hunts county are very good for new starters due to their cheap price for quality willow but if your an experienced player there are better bats out there!

Leo I dont mean to sound picky but have you used a Hunts. They are bloody good bats- Tony let me do hit ups with a few of the 100s of bats on the shelves and only a couple out of ten were average- the rest were bloody good. They were all CCs though I have never tried a 5 crown.
